In January 2025, your Session formed an AV Task Force to assess our audio and visual needs and recommend possible upgrades. After gathering input from the entire congregation and gathering proposals from five area professionals, your Session voted in December to contract with Arrow AV Group in Appleton to provide upgrades and training.
Here are the main upgrades:
- We replaced the main projector and screen with an LED display wall. Rather than reflecting
the image from a source across the sanctuary, this emits the images directly, preventing the
images from being washed out. - We replaced the analog speaker hanging above the center of the chancel with two digital
array speaker columns mounted on the front wall. Each column has 30 digital speakers,
precisely customized for our unique space! - We upgraded several of our microphones to better match our needs.
- We installed wifi listening assistance options to add to our current Loop
- We installed a remote moveable LED spotlight to expand our lighting options without
renting lift equipment every time they need to be reajusted.
