Proverbs 22:9 “The generous will themselves be blessed, for they share their food with the poor.”
There are many people in our community who are in need of food. At the last Loaves and Fishes gathering, over 150 people were fed. Our next opportunity to serve will be on Monday, August 10.
Meals are served from 4-6 at the Church of Peace, located at 158 S. Military Road. Volunteers are needed to help prepare, serve and clean up. Help is also needed to help prepare the main dish at First Presbyterian Church from 3-4.
Donations of fruit and dessert will be accepted for the meal A sign up sheet will be at the welcome center and also online.

Those of you who are not able to physically participate, we ask for your prayers for the hungry in our community. Together we can follow Jesus’ command to feed our brothers and sisters.
