It is time to prepare for Back to School.
Here are three ways to contribute to Back to School FDL so each student has the actual supplies that are on their classroom list, giving them the right materials to start the school year.
1. Use the Back to SchoolFLD.org website for list of needed supplies with the option of ordering from Amazon. Click here for the Amazon link.
2. Use a printed list of supplies available in the narthex, to shop in area stores, bringing the supplies to church by August 9.
3. Donate funds electronically to the church to be forwarded to the Back to School FDL for the committee to purchase backpacks.
Volunteer to help with the sorting and distribution of supplies. The Back to SchoolFLD.org website lists opportunities for many tasks with information about the physical requirements for lifting, sorting, sitting, and greeting recipients. If you would like help in accessing the volunteer opportunities, a computer will be available in the narthex after church on Sunday, July 19.
